Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Request a return within 7 days of when the item originally arrived by sending an email to ask@ysl-biz.com OR complete the form on the Contact page of our site.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 21 business days, however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track your purchase every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.
